Busy day today with our team preparing for the arrival of Scouts on Monday. Much of the day was spent in briefings to understand our role in arrival, troop set-up, logistics, meal distribution and the important program schedules for each of the Scouts who attend. Early in the afternoon, I was able to get out and about to preview the site.
